  The Himalayan Times 22 July 2021 It was not surprising to see Sher Bahadur Deuba ascending to the highest political echelon for the fifth time after comfortably getting vote of confidence in the HoR with the support of the Maoist- Centre. JSP-N, Madhav-Khanal faction and some from the Oli’s faction “Deuba wins trust vote, moots national govt” (THT, July 19, Page 1).
