Corruption has been the people’s concern these days. It is known to everybody that the corruption in Nepal has been deep rooted and institutionalized over the last one and half decades that has made Nepal as one of the most corrupt nation in the world. Nepal will continue to be listed likewise unless and until massive efforts are made to curb the ongoing rampant corruption that has plagued the country. The political parties, which had led the government in the past, were unable to make any political appointments to key constitutional bodies including Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) because of their political interests.
