mantra for maintaining high or low blood pressure
Here is another wonderful and effective positive affirmation or self-healing mantra that I have been practicing for the last one year with complete passion to ensure I get maximum benefit out of it for controlling my high blood pressure.
You simply need to silently chant the following mantra or affirmation in the morning and evening at least 5 to 10 times listed under the New Thought Pattern if you are suffering from high blood pressure or low blood pressure.

I have no hesitation to tell that I have been able to maintain my high blood pressure and was even able to lower down dozes of medicine. However, one should strictly maintain their body weight and healthy life style. Regular morning walk or other types of physical exercise will definitely help maintaining high blood pressure.
