Yechuri’s formula
The recent visit of Sitaram Yechury indicates that Nepali politicians are incapable of sorting out their problems (“Leaders line up to meet Yechury” March 2, Page 4). It was both surprising and saddening to know that Yechuri was invited by both the president and the prime minister to give fresh impetus to the peace process and statute drafting.

The volatile situation of the country demands coordinated and collaborative effort by all the responsible political parties. Eliminating any one party from running the government should not be the priority at this moment. If all the stakeholders of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement (CPA) are sincere and committed towards the CPA, we would need no Yechuris.
