Shameful incident
The recent brutal killings of Nawaraj BK and his other 5 friends at the west of Rukum, Jajarkot has sparked nationwide protests and raised serious questions about the true spirit of constitution implementation and rule of law of the state. The deep rooted social discrimination based on caste system in Nepal still exist especially in the remote rural areas. Many innocent persons have even lost their lives due to this status quo situation.
This kind of inhuman act has increased during the lockdown period all over the nation as reported in the news media. Not all the perpetrators have been lawfully punished. Even the international organizations have raised serious concerns about this recent incident of Rukum and requested the government to seriously look into this matter.
