One major political change that took place in 2062/63 had dethroned the 240- year monarchy and installed a secular republican state. The new constitution was promulgated on September 20, 2015. It took almost eight years to replace the interim constitution of 2007. During these years, major political parties ruled the country singly or jointly in their own ways giving little to the common people except hopes and false promises.
