Referendum

Give the sovereign people of Nepal an opportunity to express their sincere opinion on the following agenda through “Referendum” rather than imposing big parties' political manifestations upon the people through the so-called Constitutional Assembly Election.  

1. Should Nepal be a secular state or non secular state?
2. Should Nepal be federated or not? If federated, what type of federal state should be?
3. Should Nepal be a republic state or a state with constitutional monarchy and multiparty democracy?

Based upon the outcome of this referendum, draft the new constitution accordingly involving 10/12 constitutional experts. Hold the parliamentary election and endorse the new constitution by the parliament. Why all these fussy and messy politics?
